At OTA insight, we have been conducting an ongoing survey on the future of distribution and technology. Although 60% of properties have revenue management resources, 51% report feeling unsure or out of control of their rate parity strategy. Findings also highlight that only 65% of hotels have their own loyalty/membership schemes, and the most impacting technology in the upcoming years will be Google.
