A research study on hotel non-refundable and semi-flex rate strategies from March 2020 to present day
From the remote Atlas Mountains to the towering skyscrapers of Dubai, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is complex and multi-faceted, and we should expect the same from its hospitality markets. However, this has become especially true as we get further away from the initial outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now, market behaviours have begun to diverge considerably, and flexible policies are being offered at very different rates from market-to-market, although there is a clear and discernible trend towards more flexibility if one is to take in the whole region.
In this report we explore the key rate trends across MENA and make clear what approach needs to be taken to drive revenue.
